How to use Birth Control Pills:

Birth control pills are to be taken as prescribed by your doctor and used as directed by the manufacturer.

Typically the pill is taken orally once a day at the same time.

If you miss a dose 1 or 2 pills in a row, take the pill as soon as possible and then continue to take pills daily. You may take 2 pills in one day until you sync up with your schedule.

If you miss 3 or more doses in a row, take the pill as soon as possible continue with one a day. At the end of your pack if you still have pills discard them and continue on as normal with next months pills.
Uses of Emergency Contraception
Plan B One Step (Levonorgestrel) is to be used as a backup plan in case of unprotected sex, if you forgot to take the pill or condom mishap to prevent pregnancy.
How to use Emergency Contraception Plan B:

Plan B should be taken orally, either as one dose both pills or one pill followed by the second 12 hours later.
